More than 30 years of experience

SELMET is a Croatian IT company with more than 30 years of experience in the development and implementation of AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions – including RFID and barcode solutions, software for warehouse management (WMS), and systems for labeling, automation, and traceability in business processes.

We have been following trends since 1993

For more than 30 years, we have been reading and writing 1D and 2D codes, RFID, analog and digital data, and collecting them where they originate, and transferring them into the superior system.

Since our founding in 1993, we have continuously followed global technological trends and adapted them to the needs of the Croatian and regional market.

Intereuropa, as one of the largest forwarders at that time in Croatia, decided to introduce a tracking application for shipments from senders to recipients based on global forwarders (DHL, DPD, Fedex…) with barcodes and robust portable handheld terminals, while also integrating it into its existing ERP system. Shipments tracked by locations in real time.
